The State Leadership Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (FüAk) is an intermediate authority within the remit of the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism with its headquarters in Landshut.

Your area of application
The ICT5 - ICT Service and IT Security department is being further expanded. It combines tasks from the areas of first-level support, ICT support, the design and implementation of relevant training measures, IT support for the locations supported and IT security.
Your tasks
* Ensuring first-level support, e.g. developing measures to reduce individual requests
* Checking queries in database systems, e.g. origin and information system for animals, including administration, reporting and organization of interfaces and authorizations
* Defining and implementing the further development of digitalization, in particular process definition, optimization and training
* Participation in interdepartmental meetings and communication with the ITDLZ
* Support with basic IT security inquiries
* Administrative activities, especially documentation of activities and instructions for the area of responsibility
Your profile
* Qualification for entry to the third qualification level of the science and technology career path, specializing in administrative informatics or Qualification for entry into the third qualification level of the science and technology career path with several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility or a successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or FH diploma) in the field of computer science or comparable technical courses of study
* Knowledge and experience in the areas of responsibility described
* Knowledge of a Windows environment, troubleshooting, Active Directory and Exchange environments as well as hardware knowledge
* Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and techniques
* Service and service orientation
* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Team and critical thinking skills
* German language skills at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
