Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our daily human resources operations at Zoomlion. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the construction machinery industry.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the recruitment process by:

Posting job advertisements on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Searching for CVs that match job criteria and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.

Updating interview logs and preparing candidate feedback reports.

* Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system entries, and file management.
* Collect and organize timesheets, support tracking of attendance, and help ensure proper filing and approvals.
* Provide support in monthly payroll preparation by gathering required documentation (e.g., leaves, new hires, exits).
* Participate in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, internal communication, and training coordination.
* Help monitor HR email inbox and respond or escalate queries as appropriate.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
* High attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in German and English.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Availability to work at least [3 days/week or full-time depending on needs].
