For us, diversity is an asset—it makes our work environment vibrant, creative, and future-ready.We value diversity not only in our brands but also among our employees.We therefore welcome all applications regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, beliefs, or ethnic and social background.You execute the marketing strategy for international market expansion, partnering closely with International Business to drive new market entries and accelerate growth in existing markets outside the DACH region.You analyze markets and competitors, evaluate business potential for Merz Spezial, and conduct consumer research to identify trends, innovation opportunities, and unmet consumer needsYou manage our international categories executing category strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamicsYou implement an international innovation roadmap and continuously refine the portfolio for growth and competitivenessYou manage innovation projects end-to-end – from ideation and feasibility to development and successful market launchYou roll out brand guidelines internationally and support sales teams and distributors to activate brands consistently and effectively in their marketsYou monitor post-launch performance together with the International Business team and optimize products and lifecycle strategies to ensure long-term successYou collaborate with cross-functional teams (International Business, R&D, Regulatory, Business Development, Sales) to ensure compliant and successful product launchesYou (co-)lead the NEO team, manage external agencies and partners, and develop and present forward-looking strategies to upper managementYou take responsibility for net sales, profitability and market share,You manage budgets, ensure ROI, and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresYou hold a university degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and bring 5+ years of experience in international FMCG or OTC / Consumer Health brand development/ marketingYou have a proven track record in entering new markets with compelling marketing packaging and internationally launched products, and you understand how to build strong brands and scalable businesses across marketsYou bring good knowledge of Eastern European markets, ideally with hands-on in-market experience, and understand (regulated) cosmetics marketing, ideally also dietary supplements and/or medical productsYou are familiar with market research tools and methods, have strong project management and organizational skills, and present complex topics clearly and convincinglyYou are fluent in German and very good in English; Eastern European languages are a plusYou communicate clearly and convincingly, influence stakeholders across cultures, and maintain a strong market and consumer focusYou think strategically and act hands-on, solve problems analytically and solution-oriented, challenge the status quo, and work confidently in international and intercultural environmentsMultifunctional teams and an agile work environmentPersonal and professional developmentFlexible and hybrid work modelsProducts for personal use and participation in the “We Care for Your Beauty” programComprehensive fitness and wellness programsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
