You will play a pivotal part in expanding our presence in Switzerland, directly contributing to our mission of connecting clients with top-tier global hiring solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand your prospects' needs and act as their trusted advisor, ensuring they select the right Global Hiring Solution that best fits their requirements.
* Fuel Pipeline Growth: Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outbound strategies and leveraging your professional network.
* Command Your Territory: Own the Swiss market with confidence, managing the full sales cycle – from engaging qualified leads (SDRs, inbound, events, partners, outbound, etc.) to confidently closing impactful deals.
* Be the Trusted Advisor: Dive deep into each client's business landscape to uncover challenges and deliver solutions that drive real results, fostering enduring partnerships.
* Collaborate for Seamless Success: Work closely with Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to gain a deeper understanding of the market, ensure every new client experiences a smooth transition and immediate value realization, and continuously refine your sales approach.
* Elevate Client Success: Stay ahead of the curve, responding swiftly and effectively to prospect and new client needs to not only meet but exceed their expectations, turning satisfaction into enthusiasm.
