In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading assessments on evolving business models, identifying strategic options for our positioning in the flex market, and crafting future-ready propositions that bring together flexibility hardware, orchestration capabilities, and energy products.
Job Description:
* Lead assessments on evolving business models and identify strategic options for our positioning in the flex market.
* Convert regulatory trends, partner moves, and innovation signals into actionable guidance for product, commercial, and technology teams.
* Identify, structure, and initiate strategic partnerships across hardware, software, and service layers – from LOIs to integrated commercial models.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of the emerging ecosystem around residential flexibility – from energy retail to OEMs and new tech challengers.
* An ability to combine big-picture thinking with hands-on drive and shape concrete initiatives.
* Fluency in business model thinking, value chain analysis, and regulatory opportunity framing.
* 5 years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships, or corporate innovation – ideally in energy, mobility, or digital platforms.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); German or Dutch a plus.
* University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
* MBA or post-grad in energy systems a plus.
