* Development of TVS diodes and simulation as well as creation of models and equivalent circuit diagrams up to the radio frequency range including derivation of relevant design features
* Perform measurements and verify models at component and system level
* Identification and analysis of technical market trends

* Conception of the further development of the internal measurement technology as well as support for error analyses

* Completed technical university degree with a specialization in electrical engineering/electronics, possibly physics
* Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, a design house or a similar environment desirable
* Sound knowledge in the simulation, modeling and measurement of semiconductor components (e.g. SEED, (RF)-Spice, ADS, TLP, S-parameters)
* Strong analytical skills paired with a high level of abstraction as well as creativity, assertiveness and quality awareness
* Experience in managing development projects and dealing with customers and suppliers
* Very good written and spoken English skills

Salary
