Your tasks
Support the execution, implementation, and further development of the global brand strategy and global brand communicationIndependently develop and implement launch toolkits for the successful market introduction of our products and take ownership of the end-to-end global communication for your cookware categoriesLead projects from concept to execution, coordinating creative agencies, production partners, and internal teams while adhering to timelines, budgets, and process requirementsDevelop and coordinate global B2C campaigns and always-on content across all relevant channels – both online and offlineMonitor the effectiveness of global marketing activities and derive concrete recommendations for action together with local teamsAnalyze relevant market and competitive data as well as consumer trends, and use these insights to continuously optimize strategiesYour profile
You have completed a degree in communication, social sciences, business administration, or a related fieldYou have at least 3 years of experience in global brand management or a local marketing role, ideally in the consumer goods industry, or comparable experience in creation or production on the agency sideYou have a strategic mindset while also being able to develop pragmatic solutions for complex challengesYou work creatively and with a hands-on mentality to drive your projects forwardYou are motivated to work in an international environment and take local cultural differences and market conditions into accountYou communicate confidently in German and English and know how to address different target groups with strong presentation skillsYou are willing to work at least 20% of your time at the headquarters in Idar-ObersteinOur offer
