Are you passionate about supporting customers and building lasting relationships?Here Is What The Job EntailsAs our Internal Sales you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales processes from handling customer inquiries and processing quotations to ensuring timely order fulfillment and collection.More specifically you will be:Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information and building relationshipsPreparing quotations, processing sales orders, and tracking open quotes using CRM and ERP systemsCoordinating order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics, and communicating collection detailsMaintaining accurate customer and sales records, generating reports, and assisting with inventory planningEnsuring order accuracy, compliance with policies, and proactively resolving discrepancies and issuesThis is a unique opportunity to work with Kamstrup's cutting-edge metering solutions in Germany and Austria, contributing directly to the countries green transition. More specially you will join our Internal Sales team which consists of 6 skilled colleagues working together on expanding the Kamstrup footprint in Germany and Austria. Together, we celebrate success as the team ensures smooth processing of customer orders, close cooperation with external sales, and high customer satisfaction in the region. You achieve this through your proactive approach to problem solving and your eye for detail.In order to succeed, we imagine that you:Have a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fieldsBring +2 years of experience within internal sales or sales support, ideally within technical or utility-related industriesAre proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and financial ERP systems (e.g., IFS), with strong computer skills including MS OfficeDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with and interpersonal abilitiesAre customer-focused and bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAs we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and German.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
