We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Officer to join our Bancassurance team, focusing on Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-selling health insurance products to bank customers, managing relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales: Actively cross-sell health insurance to bank customers.
* Lead Management: Utilize leads from the assigned bank to make appointments and assess customers' insurance needs.
* Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers by using the bank's database, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers for business development.
* Process & Compliance: Accurately complete sales documentation and facilitate the completion of medical reports to ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents.
* Training & Coaching: Support and coach other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.
Required Candidate Profile
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
* Background: Experience in the insurance or BFSI sector is mandatory. Candidates from other sales verticals like banking, pharma, retail, and telecom will also be considered.
* Education: A graduate degree is a must.
* Skills: Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a good track record and stable employment history.
