Nestlé USA-Pizza Division is hiring for 1st Shift Team Leader positions! This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Here, you'll gain invaluable experience in our processes while honing your management skills.
Position Summary
As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments
* Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management
What Makes You a Great Fit?
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
* Experience: Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus
