What you´ll do
* Assist in the development, project management, and rollout of global quality management initiatives, such as FMEA, Critical-to-Quality standards, and problem-solving methodologies
* Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices across sites
* Contribute to initiatives aimed at leveraging digital tools, digitalizing quality processes, and data-driven solutions to enhance quality management processes
* Provide support and act as a sparring partner for teams to enhance problem-solving capabilities across global sites
* Help document and standardize quality processes, supporting knowledge sharing within the CoE and across global teams
* Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and internal communication on quality methodologies and best practices
* Work closely with different stakeholders, e.g., cross-functional global and regional roles as well as colleagues from the production sites, to support quality improvement projects
* Enhance internal quality communication by structuring and optimizing global knowledge-sharing platforms (Sharepoint), improving presentation materials, and supporting streamlined content delivery
What makes you a good fit
* Student currently enrolled in a Master’s program in industrial engineering, business administration, quality management, supply chain, or a related field
* A strong interest in quality management, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement and previous internship or project experience in manufacturing, operations, or quality management is a plus
* Fluent in English language, additional languages are a plus
* Interest in digital quality tools, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making
* Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus
* Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and deriving meaningful insights
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams and enthusiastic about structured approaches like 5-Why, A3, 8D
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
