Human Resources Summer Intern (3 months) Location: EUROPE Duration: 3 months (Summer Internship) Department: Human Resources 800 Euros per month Role overview The HR Summer Intern will support the HR team across a variety of ongoing projects and day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on HR operations, project implementation, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to how HR functions in a fast-paced, international environment. Key responsibilities • Support the implementation and follow-up of HR projects (e.g. process improvements, documentation, system updates). • Assist with HR administration and data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Help maintain and update HR documentation (policies, guidelines, templates). • Support employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, changes). • Assist with HR systems (e.g. HRIS updates, data checks, reporting). • Participate in cross-functional and international coordination when required. • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
