Job Description:
As a seasoned project development professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Your expertise in managing data centers and advanced technology facilities will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth execution of these projects.
This role requires strong leadership skills to lead a team of professionals in future market construction projects such as data centers, battery factories, or other mission-critical facilities in Germany or neighboring European countries. You will be engaged in acquisition activities, leading tender or pre-construction efforts, and ensuring successful project wins.
The ideal candidate will have a successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and several years of hands-on experience in constructing data centers or similar advanced technology facilities with high MEP content.
Additionally, you will be expected to fully implement international health and safety standards in German/international projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to this area.
