Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).Your missionLead Live Marketing Operations for the Audi F1 projectPlan and execute end-to-end Live Marketing Operations at F1 races, off-track events and activationsPlan and oversee set-up of infrastructure (e.g. motorhome, team hospitality overseas, paddock club facilities, garage) for hospitality and guest experience purposes at races in coordination with the logistics team and set-up crewCoordinate the development and construction of infrastructure for hospitality and guest experience purposes in collaboration with external partnersPlan and manage the logistics, transportation, storage and inventory of all materials and equipment for live events(e.g. showcars, event material and equipment)Oversee the inventory and storage of all assetsEnsure the adherence toquality standards and branding guidelinesDevelop and implement standard operational processes and proceduresContinuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvementsImplement quality control measures to maintain highest execution standardsEnsure cross-functional collaboration and project management with event organization teams, internal stakeholders and external vendorsManage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirementsManage and control budgetsYour profile8+ years of experience in Live Marketing or Event Operations is expected (preferably in entertainment, motorsports or sports)Proven track record of managing complex, high-profile event set-ups and operations globallyExpertise in event logistics, resource management and budget oversightStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTechnical knowledge and understanding in event production, infrastructure and construction is a plusExperience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environmentsPro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environmentsStrong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiencesWillingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidaysExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantageProficient in standard office softwareABOUT USWe are an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and expressly welcome applications from people with disabilities.
