What you will do.
* Participate in international research projects with partners such as FHR, DLR and universities.
* Develop and analyse novel radar concepts for UAVs, helicopters, air‑taxis and defence platforms.
* Create signal processing algorithms and radar system architectures.
* Support RF engineering teams in advanced radar prototyping.
* Contribute to the development of radar prototypes.
* Work in multidisciplinary teams (physics, RF, AI/ML, electromagnetics, algorithms…).
* Present findings in international radar research conferences.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mathematics or similar.
* Experience in signal processing, radar systems, RF, electromagnetics or algorithm development.
* Familiarity with tools such as Python, MATLAB, Simulink, C++.
* Strong analytical skills and interest in research activities.
* English C1 – mandatory
* German C1 – mandatory
* Applicants must hold EU citizenship
