Operativ
* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Kanäle - von Community Management über Content-Erstellung bis hin zur Interaktion mit unserer Zielgruppe
* Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu unseren Content Creatorn - Koordination der Aktivitäten, Durchführung von Creative Briefings zu Produktneuheiten, Werbeaktionen und Rabattcodes und Sicherstellung authentischer Botschaften
* Kontinuierliche Analyse, Auswertung und Optimierung unserer Social Media Maßnahmen anhand klar definierter KPIs
Strategisch
* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie zur Steigerung von Markenbekanntheit, Engagement und Umsatz durch Nutzung von Trends und gezieltes Erreichen der Zielgruppe
* Identifikation, Ansprache und langfristige Zusammenarbeit mit passenden Influencern, die perfekt zur Marke passen
* Stetiger Ausbau unseres Netzwerks und Stärkung unserer Online-Präsenz
* Konzeption, Durchführung und Performance-Messung von Influencer-Kampagnen (Storytelling-Formate bis zur gezielten Produktplatzierung und datengetriebenen Performance-Kampagnen)
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Team, um kreative und wirkungsvolle Kampagnen zu entwickeln
* Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Kampagnen und Maßnahmen, die genau dort wirken, wo unsere Community aktiv ist
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
Bildung
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich, z.B. Marketing oder Kommunikation
Erfahrung
* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media/Online Marketing für Konsumgüter oder Fitness-/Lifestyle-Produkte
* Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Marketingstrategien
* Erfahrungen in der Netzwerkpflege sowie in Aufbau/Koordination von Online Communities auf diversen Online-Plattformen
Fachliche Kenntnisse
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Markt- und Trenddaten sowie im Monitoring von Kampagnenleistungen
* Redaktionelle Erfahrungen sowie Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Reels und Videobearbeitung via CapCut
* Kenntnisse in den gängigen Social Media Plattformen sowie im Bereich Paid-Social/Meta-Ads/Insights
* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office

Operational
* Managing and developing our social media channels – from community management and content creation to interacting with our target group
* Building and maintaining lasting relationships with our content creators – coordinating activities, conducting creative briefings on new products, promotions and discount codes, and ensuring authentic messages
* Continuously analyzing, evaluating and optimizing our social media activities based on clearly defined KPIs
Strategic
* Development and implementation of a holistic strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales by taking advantage of trends and targeting the target group
* Identification, approach and long-term cooperation with suitable influencers who perfectly match the brand
* Continuous expansion of our network and strengthening of our online presence
* Conception, implementation and performance measurement of influencer campaigns (storytelling formats to targeted product placement and data-driven performance campaigns)

Professional knowledge
* Profound knowledge in analyzing market and trend data as well as monitoring campaign performance
* Editorial experience as well as experience in creating reels and video editing via CapCut
* Knowledge of the most common social media platforms as well as in the area of paid social/meta ads/insights
* Very good user knowledge of MS Office
