Enterprise Architect Insurance
As a leading enterprise architect, you will play a key role in shaping the IT strategy of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and communicating strategic plans that align with our business goals and industry trends.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic planning: Collaborate with top management to develop and communicate IT strategies that support our business objectives.
* Architectural evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing systems and infrastructures, providing recommendations for optimization and modernization.
* Anforderungsmanagement: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, prioritizing development activities based on business value and strategic goals.
* Regulatory compliance: Ensure that solutions meet regulatory requirements, data protection standards, and best practices specific to our industry (BAFIN und VAIT).
* Beziehungenmanagement: Foster strong relationships with leadership, IT teams, and external partners to promote collaboration and consensus on architectural decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Auditierung: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Professional experience: Proven experience (8+ years) in corporate architecture, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
* Kenntnisse: In-depth understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
* Qualifikationen: Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and insurance-relevant ecosystems.
* Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
