Then read on below.TakenAbout the position:As an employee in the customer service / call center for the Dutch market you will support our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, and answer all their questions by telephone and e-mail.Receiving telephone and written inquiries, complaints and claimsMaintaining customer relations and satisfactionProcessing, following up and coordinating the timely processing of inquiries, as well as providing telephone and written feedbackAdvice and provision of product and service information via telephone and e-mail/ticket systemGenerating sales leads and positive reviewsPreparation of offers and leasing ordersForwarding product and service problems to the right placeWe always welcome process optimization and further developmentVereistenYour profile:We are looking for someone with a passion for e-commerce and with an entrepreneurial, proactive approach. You should be able to be able to work independently. Sprint through the requirements:Experience in customer service/telephone support desirableImpeccable customer skills, you have strong empathy and integrityYou are able to work independently and self-motivated.
