Responsibilities:
1. You will act as the point of contact for complaint management
2. You will support the export team in various matters
3. You will analyze and process transport data
4. You will be responsible for organizing transport for finished goods
5. You will maintain contact with our shipping service providers
6. You will create and consolidate shipping documents and customs documents
Qualifications:
7. You have completed training in the commercial sector
8. Ideally, you have several years of experience in the logistics sector
9. You have good knowledge of data analysis tools
10. You have a good command of written and spoken English
11. You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team
