Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Supporting conceptional organisational design (potentially within a variety of dimensions, such as processes, structures, roles and governance)
* Providing support and advice to the International Product Organisations in implementing and leveraging the target operating model
* Supporting the iterative learning and improvement process in the organisation
* Promoting agile ways of working within ALDI DX
* Collaborating with international departments and external partners
* Assisting with other tasks as needed, including data entry, research and other administrative duties
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (e.g. management consulting, strategy department, business development)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design concepts and drive their implementation
* Ability to structure problems and independently drive delivery of smaller work packages
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability
Desirable extras.
* Initial experience in organisational design and operating model transformations is desirable
* Initial experience in agile methodology and corresponding qualifications (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) is desirable
