This role is located in Munich Your responsibilities Design and develop hardware products for consumer goods using SolidWorks. Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation, ensuring adherence to DFM and DFA principles. Conduct tolerance analysis, apply GD&T, and select appropriate materials for consumer products. Prototype, test, and validate designs using rapid prototyping techniques like 3D printing and more. Take products from concept to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is you 5-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in R&D for consumer goods. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with injection molding, blow molding, compression molding and silicone injection molding. Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, and material selection. Experience with PLM tools, prototyping, testing, and tooling design. The benefits listed below are intended for full-time employees.
