We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit. Your Tasks Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Media Sales & Partnerships and smaller units, including scenario analysis Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers Develop and manage KPIs to support efficiency and growth Deliver timely, insightful financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for senior management Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to assess initiatives and cost strategies Advise business leaders on financial impacts to ensure strategic alignment Oversee month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with controls and standards What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus) 5–7 years of experience in Business Controlling, including planning, forecasting, and business case development Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Clear communicator with strong presentation skills for non-financial audiences Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset Our “All Inclusive Package” for you Worka tion & Flexibility 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation 60/40 hybrid model: two office days for collaboration & team spirit, three days remote Flexible working hours – early bird or night owl?
