The Hermann Pipersberg jr. GmbH is a nationwide company with around 100 employees in Remscheid. With an annual turnover of over €60 million, we have been a reliable partner for the utility industry for more than 180 years. Our focus is on the production of gas and water meters and is supplemented by a comprehensive range of services relating to the meter range. The services of our in-house, state-approved GNW 50 (gas) and WNW 50 (water) testing laboratories round off our profile.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to support our purchasing and sales team as a clerk as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to 24 months.


Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) - Focus on Purchasing & Sales Full-time or part-time

Your tasks

* Operative Purchasing & Internal Sales:

You will support our team in day-to-day business, coordinate ordering processes and assist with commercial activities.
* Complaints management support:

You support the processing of complaints, communicate with customers and suppliers and ensure fast, solution-oriented processing.
* Master data and statistics maintenance:

You maintain and update our master data, create evaluations and prepare statistics for internal decision-making processes.
* Communication & interface work:

You are in close contact with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments and act as an important interface in day-to-day business.

Your profile

* Professional experience in purchasing, internal sales or in a comparable commercial function in an industrial company
* Confident handling of common MS Office applications; experience with Sage ERP system desirable
* Structured, reliable and independent way of working
* Strong teamwork skills, strong communication skills and service orientation
* Technical affinity
