Your Mission
As our new Account Executive, you'll drive new business across Germany and take ownership of:
* Full-cycle sales
: sourcing leads; leading discovery, scoping,
PoC
and negotiation; closing high-touch engagements (€100k–€250k+)
* Technical consultative selling
: speaking with CTOs, CFOs, Heads of data/architecture,
RoI, and rapid MVP strategy
* Positioning value:
articulating low-risk
MVP, PoC
, and implementation paths that accelerate decision-making and impact
* Cross-functional teamwork
: aligning with engineers, data experts, Delivery Managers/PMs to scope and deliver solutions in days, not quarters
* Client impact:
translating business pains, chaotic data, manual workflows, into tangible outcomes by week 2
What You Bring
Must Haves
* Experience in
data, AI, automation or consulting sales
(Senior SDR → AE or early AE)
* Comfort with technical conversations
* Consultative & structured process
* Hunter sales mindset
* Strong quotas history (100–200%+)
* Thrives in lean teams
* Alignment with our values
* Native-level German and fluent English
* Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate (on-site role)
