* Strong hands-on experience in engineering and product lifecycle management processes
* Proven functional expertise in PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter
* implementation experience in PLM-SAP integration
* well versed in MDG-M and/or data migration with PLM data.
* Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG-M) with a focus on high-quality material master data
* Solid understanding of SAP data structures and integration across enterprise systems
* Strong functional background in SAP modules:
* MM (Materials Management)
* PP (Production Planning)
* Secondary advantage: PM, QM, SD
📌 Professional Background
* Minimum 6 years of experience in implementation and transformation projects
* At least 2 years in thematically comparable IT or digital engineering projects
* Experience in requirements engineering, functional solution design, and end-to-end testing
* Strong exposure to interface-heavy landscapes (SAP–PLM–connected tools)
* Candidates should already have initial implementation experience in PLM-SAP integration and be well versed in MDG-M and/or data migration with PLM data.
🚀 Project & Leadership Experience (Valued)
* At least 2 years of IT project management experience with responsibility for project teams
* Experience managing multi-site or global project environments
* Background in leading Category B or C projects, ideally with P&L responsibility
🎓 Education & Language
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
* Professional working proficiency in English
