What are my responsibilities?
1. Lead and develop a group of project managers, fostering a performance, learning‑oriented and accountable project culture
2. Take ownership of complex, high‑impact, or critical projects and programs and ensure delivery on time, on budget and quality
3. Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence
4. Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
5. Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs
6. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces
7. Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs
8. Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution
9. Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll
What do I need to qualify for this job?
10. Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education
11. Minimum 8– years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology‑driven environment
12. Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross‑functional teams
13. Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully
14. Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes
15. Project management certification PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage
16. Fluent in English; German language skills are required
17. Strong leadership and people development capabilities
18. Intercultural competence and collaboration skills
19. Highest level of accountability and ownership
