Shape the future of our Talent Management and People Development at Voith and become part of the People & Culture team!
Your Tasks
* Help shape the future – You will support the (further) development of strategic concepts and products in the areas of employer branding, university marketing, leadership, and talent management.
* Work independently – You will take responsibility for partial projects from planning to implementation, such as HR marketing measures or initiatives in cultural and leadership development.
* Unleash your creativity – You will contribute new ideas, for example in the context of strategic recruiting, and develop suitable tools to optimize our global processes.
* Implement your projects successfully – You will work in a motivated team on global topics (e.g., content creation and support of social media accounts, development of training or exchange formats).
Your Profile
* You are an enrolled student in (economic) psychology, business administration, marketing & media, or a comparable field of study.
* You bring a strong affinity for social media, solid media literacy, and a fundamental understanding of current trends.
* Initial practical experience in Human Resources / People & Culture or employer branding is an advantage.
* We require good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Your profile is rounded off by strong teamwork skills, creativity, and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
