Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a global product strategy aligned with KUKA’s corporate vision.
* Take full ownership of product and solution development across the robotics portfolio.
* Lead strategic and business planning, including budgeting and KPI management.
* Manage and grow a high-performing international product management team.
* Engage with top-level stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.
* Build organizational capabilities and drive performance excellence.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify innovation opportunities.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
* University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
* 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in a senior product management role.
* Deep understanding of robotics applications, customer processes, and market dynamics.
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
* Expertise in budgeting, data analysis, and business case development.
