About the Company: We are launching a well-funded, premium consumer brand dedicated to redefining the nutrition, sports, and health sectors. Our vision is to deliver innovative, science-backed products that enhance performance, well-being, and lifestyle quality for discerning consumers. Tasks Role Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & MD to lead our venture from concept to market leadership. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, building and leading the team, overseeing brand development, driving growth, and establishing a strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall strategic direction, business model, and go-to-market strategy. Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Secure key partnerships and collaborations within the nutrition, sports, and health ecosystem. Oversee brand positioning, product innovation, and marketing strategy. Drive fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders. Ensure robust financial management and strategic resource allocation. Act as the public face and ambassador of the company, raising awareness and credibility. Requirements Your Profile: Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably as a founder or senior executive in consumer brands or startups, ideally within nutrition, sports, health, or related premium consumer sectors. Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands or products from early stage to significant market presence. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial management skills. Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to inspire teams, investors, and market stakeholders. Passionate about wellness, nutrition, sports, and the premium consumer space.
