After a phase of rapid expansion and acquisitions, the company is looking to strengthen its finance team by hiring a Financial Controller to lead consolidation, investor reporting, and drive process improvements.

Your Experience:
Must-Haves:
9. Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience
10. Solid knowledge of group consolidation, financial reporting, and controls
11. Experience in multi-entity international finance environments
12. Confident working independently and driving process improvements
13. Fluent in German and English
Nice-to-Haves:
14. Background in hospitality, retail, or private equity-backed companies
15. Hands-on experience with IFRS and HGB accounting standards
