At HOLY, operations aren’t just a backend function—they define the customer experience. Every delivery, support ticket, and logistics moment is a brand touchpoint. Our ops are fast, human, and (when done right) a little bit magical.You’ll take full ownership of ~50% of the company’s P&L and lead a team of 20+ across Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Customer Service.
