As our new Bid Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, as well as us win large strategic deals in the public sector in Germany. Working closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams, you will have the chance to collaborate to create compelling, high-quality proposals that align with customer needs and our service offerings.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and manage detailed bid plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure structured and efficient execution
* Tailor proposals to meet specific client compliance, technical, and commercial requirements
* Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity, consistency, and persuasive impact
* Maintain and enhance a centralized content library to streamline future bid responses
* Analyze bid outcomes to identify areas for improvement and contribute to a more effective bidding strategy
Your Competencies:
* 3+ years’ experience or more in bid management, and solid knowledge of bid management processes
* Experience working with license tenders and/or service tenders
* Very strong knowledge of German public procurement law
* Experience in the public sector in Germany
