For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, we are seeking a System Administrator for Document Production (f/m/d) in Pay Grade 11 TV-TgDRV n a fixed-term contract for 2 years The Printing Competence Center and the Carrier Printing Team are responsible for the production of all central and in-house print outputs. This includes the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all production machines. In addition to high-performance printing and inserting machines, we operate machines for custom printing and the processing of printed materials such as magazines, posters, etc., using the corresponding finishing systems (binding equipment, etc.). As a System Administrator, you will support us in the following areas, among others Participation in the conception, development, and production of campaigns for NOW IT GmbH and its shareholders Preparation of form letters according to customer specifications, including the design of inserts and flyers Design and conception of new print products Assisting in ensuring compliance with the CI and CD of the German Pension Insurance Preparing and providing all electronic documents from clients for further processing by the print department through data analysis, workflow creation, and configuration and integration of the necessary software Conception, development, and maintenance of software solutions for document monitoring Server and system administration of all hardware and software required for the tasks Implementation of all necessary backup and fallback scenarios in accordance with KRITIS and BSI standards Management of projects or sub-projects Ensuring the implementation of customer requirements in accordance with economic considerations Due to shift work, you will have the authority to issue technical instructions to all administrators and machine operators in the KC Druck and Team Trägerdruck departments. Your qualifications You hold a bachelor’s degree in media design or, alternatively, in computer science with knowledge of media design, or a comparable vocational qualification with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
