About this Position
What you´ll do
* Provide strategic input for regional event concepts
* Develop and execute influencer & press events together with marketing teams
* Oversee all aspects of guest management throughout the entire event process, from initial planning to post-event
* Provide input for local event concepts in cooperation with the Brand Activation Team and the EU Influencer Manager
* Track KPIs such as influencer attendance, content output, reach, engagement, earned media value (EMV), and ROI
* Provide strategic input for social media campaigns and content creation
* Ensure best practices in platform management, measurement, tools and innovation
* Track competitor activities, provide post-event/social media channel analysis and recommendations
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing, PR, or event management within an international environment
* Proven experience delivering large-scale events combined with willingness to travel across Europe for events
* Excellent project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and brands
* Passion for influencer culture, social media, trends, and brand storytelling
* Fluent English skills, further language skills are beneficial
