YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction
* You communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English
* You analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions
* You adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills
* You proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset
* You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* Experience You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you
* Languages You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)
* Communication You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy
* Problem-solving You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* IT Skills You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
