What you can expect
1. Establish and utilize complex immune co-culture systems to model cellular interactions during tissue repair
2. Design and perform experiments to explore cross-talk between innate and adaptive immune cells in murine and human settings
3. Analyze experimental data in collaboration with bioinformatics partners to understand signaling and interaction networks
4. Collaborate within the CRC research network to identify key regulators of inflammation resolution and regeneration
5. Present findings at national and international meetings and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
What you bring along
6. M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Immunology, Molecular Medicine, or a related discipline
7. Strong academic foundation and enthusiasm for translational and immunological research
8. Experience with cell biology techniques and immune-based assays
9. Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
o In vitro immune cell co-culture systems
o Multicolor flow cytometry (>8 markers)
o Immunohistology or immune cell imaging
10. High level of scientific curiosity, independence, and commitment to robust experimental work
11. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
