A successful HR Business Partner is responsible for driving the company's workforce strategy and culture. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee mobility, onboarding and integration, career development, performance management, employee relations, exit management, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Identify recruitment needs and oversee the selection process to attract top talent.
* Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to the business.
* Onboarding & Integration: Actively support and monitor new employees during their first year to ensure successful integration and alignment with company values.
* Career Development: Work on career development paths to identify high-potential employees and develop strategies for their growth and retention.
* Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes to drive individual and team performance.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges to support a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
* HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to senior leaders and the HR Director to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Your Profile:
* You have a master's degree in human resources or a related field;
* Your experience of approximately 10-15 years in a similar role, ideally in a service provider;
* You are fluent in both spoken and written English and possess excellent communication skills;
* Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management;
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices;
* Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills;
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude;
