Postskriptum GmbH is a leading European wholesaler specializing in the export of branded clothing, footwear, and accessories for women, men, and children. Our products come from overstock, surplus production, and returns. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to join our team and take our sales operations to the next level.
Your Role:
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business growth
* Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
* Represent and promote the company's goals and values
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in wholesale or fashion
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
* Results-driven, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets
* Flexible and solutions-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus
* Language skills: Russian (preferred), English, and German
