IT Service Desk Coordinator
The role of IT Service Desk Coordinator involves providing technical support to internal and external users, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Manage the IT service desk team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the SCCM/Intune administrator to deploy operating system and application security updates/patches on end-user machines.
* Monitor and maintain IT systems, including inventory and hardware management.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Technical degree in IT or a relevant field is essential.
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position is required.
* Excellent knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments is necessary.
* Proficiency in Active Directory, AD Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint (Intune), and SharePoint is required.
* Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are crucial.
* Basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) is desirable.
