Com, data drives our decisions. com is seeking a full time Account Executive for our lovely Dusseldorf office. (As an Account Executive your main task will be to provide support to new and existing accommodation partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of the visitors on the Booking.com's products so the benefits and usage of our platform can be explained in detail to our partners;
Receiving Customer Service issues related to the managed portfolio and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner, and customer;
Dealing with Inbound calls and written requests from accommodation partners in Germany;
Showcasing team spirit for team / office related projects & adhoc tasks based on company priorities and business needs.
Proficient English and German speaker and writer;
