For Fujifilm’s European Headquarter in our Ratingen office (near Düsseldorf) we are looking for a Product Compliance Assistant (f/m/d) - limited to 2 years We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Product Compliance Assistant. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of product safety and regulatory compliance standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that Fujifilm’s products adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and sustainability standards within the European market. Initiation, collection, and coordination of information of regulatory documents for various purposes Preparation and maintenance of product technical files for CE marking Organization and preparation of documents for international submissions Generating Reports (Waste – Packaging – Equipment – Batteries) Conduct research about new regulations and guidance documents Assist and support the Product Compliance Team Lead Organize, update, and maintain regulatory documentation in accordance with department and company procedures Assist with evaluating product compliance to applicable regulations and project requirements Maintain and audit information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion including internal guidelines, policies, and various legal requirements Organize and prioritize large volumes of incoming correspondence (with internal and external customers, as well as manufacturers and suppliers) Communicating with suppliers, manufacturing sites, QA divisions and authorities Support other functions to ensure quality improvements Assist with special projects as necessary Commercial education Advanced knowledge of European legislative requirements (e.g. PPWR, Battery Regulation, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation ( ESPR), Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment ( WEEE), Restriction of Hazardous Substances ( RoHS), etc. preferable) Initial experience (internship or 1-2 years) in product compliance or sustainability preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance tools or databases is a plus Good communication and coordination skills across departments and external partners Good MS-Office and basic SAP knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team High degree of flexibility and the ability to quickly change task priorities (based on assignments and guidance from the Team Lead) Excellent command of written and spoken English and German is mandatory We offer an exciting work environment, diverse tasks with highly international work.
