WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team in Germany.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
* Ensuring, monitoring, and managing the operational technical property management.
* Monitoring compliance with maintenance and inspection plans as well as general safety regulations and legal requirements.
* Technical assessment, recommendation, commissioning, and coordination of CapEx and repair measures.
* Coordination and supervision of external service providers.
* Warranty management and insurance claims management.
* Budget preparation and control.
* Managing costs, quality, budget, and timelines.
* Conducting regular property inspections.
* Close collaboration with commercial property managers and asset management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
* Completed degree in a technical field or technical training, preferably with an additional qualification (e.g., real estate economist).
* Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate.
* Independent and self-reliant working style.
* Strong network of craftsmen and service providers.
* Team player with commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Language skills: German (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
