AREA SALES MANAGER – SURGICAL MEDICAL DEVICES Permanent full time opportunity

Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational polices.
Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engages in open and honest conversations.
Reviews and discuss action plans for achievement of sales budget each month.
Create and implement plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales.
Collaborates with government sales teams to ensure product availability and demand generation at the different institutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
Multiyear experience in medical device sales
Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.
