About the Role We're looking for a motivated and adaptable Employee Relations / HR Business Partner to support the company's operations in Germany. You'll be joining a growing HR presence in Germany, working closely with the wider EMEA team to support local operations What You'll Be Doing Provide hands-on HR support with a focus on employee relations (ER) Manage day-to-day ER cases and support HRBP activities Collaborate with legal, global ER, and regional HR teams Engage with works councils and employee representatives Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with German labor law What We're Looking For We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
