Denizen was founded in Berlin in 2021 as a physical and digital platform for co-working, recreation, and community. We are operating a variety of community and office spaces in Berlin and Düsseldorf.

The Denizen team is a mix of hospitality operators & technologists dedicated to delivering an exceptional high-tech/high-touch service experience. Before founding Denizen, the co-founders have worked with companies such as citizenM and 25hours Hotels.
Our main investors are Porsche AG, as well as Solutions Holding and K.H.V., both original founders of 25hours Hotels.
Job Scope
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an innovative project at the intersection of real estate, technology, and hospitality. We are looking for a driven professional to manage existing operations, execute growth plans, and collaborate closely with our partners.
In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the co-founders, contribute to the product’s expansion, and play a crucial role in delivering value to our customers and stakeholders. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
1. Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and growth, with a strong focus on food & beverage services
2. Manage existing locations while driving the expansion into new ones
3. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a strong workforce
4. Develop scalable standards and processes to enable rapid growth
5. Collaborate closely with both partners and landlords
6. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless experience across all locations and services
7. Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
8. Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and growth strategies
9. Build and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with business goals and values
The Ideal Candidate
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in coworking or hospitality, ideally with a strong background in food & beverage
* Passionate about integrating hospitality into commercial real estate
* Fluent in German and English
* Based in Germany, with the ability to travel and full EU work authorization
* Open-minded and challenges the status quo to drive innovation and improvement
