We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Software Developer to join our Engineering – Human Capital Management team, so that we can continue delivering scalable, high-quality software that supports healthcare organizations worldwide. The Senior Software Developer will contribute hands-on development expertise and technical leadership to help build innovative solutions that advance safer healthcare.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
* Writing clean, efficient code using Microsoft and AWS technologies to deliver high-quality software
* Collaborating within an Agile squad in order to estimate, design, and deliver prioritized product backlog items
* Reviewing and refining solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements
* Debugging and troubleshooting production issues in order to maintain system reliability
* Mentoring fellow developers to grow team capabilities and promote engineering best practices
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
* 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, ideally in a product-focused environment
* Proven success working within Agile development teams to deliver production-ready software
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and AWS technologies and modern software engineering techniques
* Ability to commute to Möhnesee [insert number] days a week, or work remotely from within Germany
* Sincere interest in using technology to improve global healthcare delivery
* A knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
