The ideal candidate will manage compliance tasks and maintain regulatory adherence across our portfolio of companies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing ongoing corporate secretarial services;
* Supporting processes such as company incorporation, liquidation and management changes;
* Ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements;
* Preparing corporate documentation and maintaining administrative records;
* Liaising with stakeholders on requests and assisting with audit requests;
* Collecting board members' signatures and explaining document content;
* Providing overall administrative support during transactions.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in corporate administration or legal support;
* Highly organized and methodical approach;
* Excellent communication skills and stress resistance;
* Multitasking and hands-on approach;
* Fluency in English and French; Dutch language skills advantageous.
