YOUR JOB
* Supporting the department in interdisciplinary organisational projects with national and international scope
* Managing projects – from conception to implementation
* Independently developing possible/alternative courses of action and preparing corresponding recommendations
* Preparing strategy papers, project plans and presentations for the implementation of analyses, evaluations and events
* Actively monitoring project progress and milestones
* Managing individual project steps using relevant project management tools
* Monitoring and coordinating deadlines with internal and external business partners
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Practical experience in project management is desirable
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Strong comprehension skills and a goal-oriented work approach
* Analytical skills and an affinity for numbers, along with the ability to prepare data in such a way that actionable insights can be derived
* Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and data visualization using tools like ThinkCell or Efficient Elements to create impactful presentations
* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and fully leverage one’s potential in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
