Your tasks
6. Strategic brand management: Development and implementation of marketing strategies for our key brand in the field of pancreatic enzymes/gastroenterology.
7. Cross-functional Leadership: Coordination and management of the cross-functional brand team (Market Access, Medical, Sales, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence).
8. Performance & ROI: Creation of business cases, assumption of forecast responsibility and optimization of the marketing mix to maximize profitability.
9. Market analysis: Interpretation of market trends and health policy developments to identify new market opportunities.
10. Omnichannel marketing: Conception of modern marketing and advertising materials including digital channels.
11. Stakeholder Management: Building close relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and providing product training for the field staff.
Your profile
12. Education: Master's degree in economics, natural sciences or a comparable field.
13. Qualification: Knowledge according to § 75 AMG is desirable.
14. Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in Rx product management. Expertise in gastroenterology (ideally pancreatic enzymes or cystic fibrosis) is a decisive advantage.
15. Project management: Demonstrable success in leading interdisciplinary project teams.
16. Skills: Strong knowledge of digital/omnichannel marketing and excellent presentation skills.
17. Soft skills: You are a team player with high self-motivation who impresses with strong communication skills and empathy.
18. Mobility: Willingness to travel for close collaboration with sales and customers on site.
19. Languages: Fluent German and English.
