Description
On behalf of a highly specialized technical company overseeing the installation of telecommunications networks in Germany, we are seeking an experienced Engineer to lead the FTTx sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in large construction projects, expertise in fiber optic network technologies, and exceptional leadership and team management skills. We need someone who can strategically direct development activities, train and guide infrastructure teams, fostering innovation and efficiency in the field.
Responsibilities:
* Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for fiber optic network infrastructure teams.
* Project Guidance: Provide direct guidance to teams during field operations.
* Performance Management: Evaluate and optimize team performance.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all sites.
* Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with project managers and prepare progress reports.
Benefits:
* Annual gross salary: €55,000
* Expense allowance: €500 per month

Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications:

* Solid knowledge of safety standards and project management.
